Kanye West is facing legal action for alleged sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination by a former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta claims that West sent her inappropriate messages and engaged in sexual acts while they were on the phone.
She also alleges that she was fired in 2022 without receiving a promised $3 million severance package.
The lawsuit, initially reported by TMZ and later confirmed by other media outlets, states that Pisciotta was primarily supporting herself through an OnlyFans profile when she met West in 2021.
She was subsequently hired to work on West’s Yeezy women’s fashion line and collaborated on tracks for his Donda album.
West then hired her as his personal assistant with a significant salary and demanding availability.
According to Pisciotta’s lawsuit, West initially allowed her to continue her OnlyFans business but later asked her to delete it in exchange for additional payment.
After complying, she alleges that West sent explicit messages, including pornographic videos, and engaged in inappropriate behavior such as masturbating while talking to her on the phone.
The lawsuit also claims that Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s companies but was fired shortly afterward without receiving her severance package.
In addition to the initial allegations, Pisciotta is suing West for fraud, unpaid wages, and emotional distress.
This is not the first time West has faced accusations of misconduct.
Last year, employees of his Yeezy fashion line accused him of playing explicit content during meetings and showing intimate photographs during job interviews.
West has not responded to these recent allegations or previous accusations of lewd behavior.
However, he has previously spoken about struggles with pornography addiction and has faced other legal challenges this year, including accusations of racial discrimination and unauthorized use of music samples.
Despite controversies, West’s musical career has been highly successful, although recent events have impacted his business relationships and public image.
