John Dumelo denies assaulting anyone during the recent Limited Voter Registration Exercise

John Dumelo, the NDC parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon, has rejected accusations of assaulting someone during the recently concluded Limited Voter Registration Exercise.

A video surfaced showing Dumelo engaged in a heated exchange with an individual, believed to be an NPP member, at the University of Ghana registration center.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, May 29, Dumelo called on the public to disregard the misleading information spread by the NPP and their parliamentary candidate, Lydia Alhassan.

The statement portrayed Dumelo as a peace-loving citizen who respects all individuals, including his opponents, and emphasized that he would not jeopardize the integrity of the registration process.

He encouraged all responsible citizens, NDC members, and the general public to disregard the baseless accusations propagated by the NPP and their parliamentary candidate.
