Comedian Funny Face visits victims, seeks forgiveness after car accident
Popular actor and comedian Funny Face recently took steps to make amends for his involvement in a car accident by visiting the victims.
This gesture followed his bail of GH¢120,000 granted by a Kasoa District Court after being arrested for drunk driving and careless driving related to the incident.
He spent two weeks in police custody before being released on bail.
Accompanied by journalist Kofi Adomah and his lawyer, Funny Face first met with the elderly woman and her grandchildren who were involved in the accident.
A video shared by Kofi Adomah captured Funny Face kneeling and conversing with the grandmother at the hospital where she was receiving treatment.
Despite her injuries, the woman assured Funny Face that she forgave him, and he took care of her medical expenses.
Later, Funny Face traveled to the Central Region to visit the two young children who were also victims of the accident.
He pleaded for forgiveness from their family, and although there were pressures from some quarters for legal action, the family emphasized the importance of forgiveness and giving second chances.
Funny Face paid outstanding bills and provided donations to the family.
Throughout these visits, Funny Face humbly sought forgiveness and expressed his commitment to making amends for his mistakes.
