Freddie Blay commends the government’s management of the economy
Freddie Wosemawu Blay, the former National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has commended the government for its economic management.
Blay stated that the economy is in better shape under the NPP than it was under the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He noted that despite global economic challenges, the NPP has continued its social intervention programs and expressed confidence in the economy’s recovery by 2024.
Blay emphasized that the government has maintained initiatives like the NHIS, Free SHS, and road construction, adapting to the evolving situation, and improving despite challenges.
He urged people to remain hopeful, acknowledging tough times but asserting that the government has not demonstrated mismanagement or incompetence like the NDC.
