MP For Jomoro Donate Educational Items To Students of Semenye M/A Primary School

The Member of Parliament for Jomoro Constituency of the Western Region, Dorcas Affo Toffey has donated educational items to Semenye M/A Primary School to support teaching and learning.

The items include 20 pieces of dual desks, sets of jerseys, 100 bags of cement, and 2,000 cedis.

Hon. Dorcas Toffey, who donated the items, said the gesture forms part of her vision to ensure children in the constituency receive a good education.

Infrastructure, she noted is a major challenge confronting teaching and learning.

The headmistress for Semeye M/A Primary School, Florence Naana Johnson could not hide her joy as she expressed gratitude to the MP.

She recounted the challenges the school faces with basic infrastructure as the student population keeps growing.

Nana Amoo Kofi II, Chief of Semenye charged the management of the school to ensure to properly take care of the school items to serve the purpose for which the donation was made.

He applauded the Minister for the donation made to the school.
