The Ghana Meteorological Agency has issued a forecast indicating that further rain is expected this morning following the early morning showers experienced in various regions of the country.
According to Ghana Meteo’s recent update, these showers are likely to continue throughout the day, with an emphasis on their intensity in the Central and Western Regions.
“Ghana’s coastline is quite unstable. The current rain of varying intensity being experienced will persist during the early hours of the morning. The duration will be longer within the Central and Western regions. Parts of the Eastern and Ashanti regions will also experience same,” GMet wrote on X.
Rainfall was initially observed in parts of the capital at around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
