President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has restated his commitment to ensuring a free, fair, and transparent election in December.
He emphasized his dedication to overseeing a peaceful poll where the results are universally accepted.
Speaking at this year’s May Day celebrations, President Akufo Addo pledged government support to the Electoral Commission, ensuring they have all necessary resources for a smooth election.
He stressed the importance of upholding peace and stability throughout the electoral process, highlighting that elections are fundamental to democracy, requiring everyone’s participation to guarantee fairness, transparency, and non-violence.
