Minister of National Security, Albert Kan Dapaah has sued the organizer of the #FixTheCountry Movement, Oliver Barker-Vormawor for claiming that the National Security offered him money and a position in exchange for his activism against the current government.
On Friday, September 22, after being freed by the police for disobeying restraining orders to hold a protest in Accra, Barker-Vormawor made the accusations.
Kan Dapaah is requesting that the court rule that Barker-Vormawor’s comments are defamatory, extend an apology, and retract the statements that were brought out by Supra.
