Richard Ahiagbah, the Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), believes that Ghana’s prospects will be significantly improved if the nation continues to support the center-right party in the 2024 general elections.

In a Twitter post, Mr. Ahiagbah emphasized that the NPP’s “pro-market policy” has the potential to create equitable opportunities for all Ghanaian citizens, regardless of their background.

He stated, “What people need is an opportunity, and with the right opportunity the cleaner you see today can become the Vice President or President of this Republic,” underscoring the party’s commitment to equal opportunity.

Ahiagbah’s comments were inspired by a speech delivered by Dr. Bawumia during his visit to the Volta Region. In his address, Dr. Bawumia passionately articulated the party’s dedication to removing barriers to education, providing opportunities for all Ghanaians, and sustaining the NPP’s pro-poor policies.

Ahiagbah specifically highlighted the NPP’s pro-market policy, which aims to ensure that every Ghanaian has an equal chance to succeed, regardless of their background.

He further emphasized the significance of the NPP’s Free Senior High School (SHS) policy, which aims to eliminate financial barriers to secondary education in Ghana. He views Free SHS as a unique opportunity for a generation of young Ghanaians to harness their inherent talents and potential, paving the way for a brighter future for the country.

Ahiagbah confidently declared, “The future of Ghana is bright when we support the NPP in 2024!” He expressed his faith in the party’s vision and commitment to building a prosperous nation, highlighting the NPP’s consistent advocacy for pro-market policies aimed at fostering economic growth and providing equal opportunities for all citizens.
