The Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold is demanding that the government apprehend Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1, the CEO of the now-defunct gold dealership company, Menzgold.

The group advises its members to refrain from any payment negotiations with NAM1, likening him to internet fraudsters.

The group’s concerns arise in response to a statement issued by Menzgold’s management, claiming to have completed the transaction validation process and assuring imminent payments to its customers.

Speaking to Citi News, the group’s spokesperson, Fredrick Forson, emphasized the urgency of the government taking decisive action against Nana Appiah Mensah, stating that the content of the mentioned document resembles that of scammers.

“Following the gold trading transactions claims supporting documents collection and vetting exercise initiated; we are happy to announce that validation has successfully been completed,” Menzgold said in its statement.

The aggrieved customers vehemently reject the statement and advocate for NAM1’s arrest.
