The Adisadel College student who is the perpetrator of the assault case, has received bail from the Cape Coast District Court 2.
He was granted bail to return to court on August 2, 2023, as the court lacked the necessary number of jurors to hear the juvenile case.
The court was presided over by His worship Eric Oheneba Antwi Boasiako.
The student was cautioned for assault and causing-harm by the Cape Coast Police earlier this week before being released to the headmaster of the school to appear in court on Friday.
The incident in which a student attacked another in a dormitory was captured on video, leading to the arrest.
