Fidelity Bank Says It Is Actively Working With BoG On FX License Suspension

Fidelity Bank has rendered an unqualified apology to its customers over the temporary suspension of its foreign exchange trading license by the Central Bank.

In a statement, Fidelity assured customers that it is actively engaging the Bank of Ghana to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

It’s further said, it has in the interim reached an agreement with its partner banks to aid in a seamless completion of foreign exchange transactions on behalf of Fidelity Bank.

The bank further emphasized that the suspension will not in any way affect its normal banking operations.
