The South-West Ghana Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Hospital in collaboration with Nagel Memorial Adventist Hospital is offering a four-day health fair and campaign for patrons in Sekondi-Takoradi.
This activity is part of celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the conference, and as such the month of May has been dedicated to health screening.
The head of the Nursing Department of Nagel Memorial Hospital, Madam Gertrude Baah, in an interview, said, there are free screenings for everyone who takes part in the exercise.
The health screening includes Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT), Laboratory services, breast examination, prostate examination, Body Mass Index (BMI) and consultation which would be offered for free.
The health screening starts from Tuesday, May 23 to Friday, May 26, 2023, at the Takoradi Mall.
Madam Gertrude Baah, further said, the health screening will be crowned with a blood donation exercise at the Takoradi Technical University.
She added that there are healthy products that patrons can purchase for themselves and their families.
