President of the Association of Ghana Industries, AGI, Dr.Humphrey Anim Darke has urged businesses to form partnerships to expand and grow during difficult times.
According to him, identification of the right partner in sharing ideas is critical in sustaining the success of businesses.
At a business Forum, Dr Anim Darke outlined strategies put in place for the formation of partnerships.
” All you need to have is a commercial cord that could give a speedy adjudication in the partnership realm. There’s no perfect system. We accommodate it as that part of it. Partnership is very crucial to build a resilient environment.
And in the midst of the partnership, you will find risks, and contingency provisions that will add you to balance and be afloat, Mr. Darke stated.
Creating innovative ways and sharing knowledge with the right business partners will help to build resilience and overcome shocks.
The knowledge-sharing portfolio has a combination of human capital and also innovation as another portfolio within the partnership. So part of the innovation that the giant tech companies are doing is identifying skills, He added.
