The New Patriotic Party, NPP says, it remains a peace-loving party and will not do anything to jeopardize the peace and security of the country.
In a statement by the General Secretary of the Party, Justin Kodua Frimpong, in reference to a comment by the Member of Parliament for Abetifi, Bryan Acheampong that the ruling NPP government will never and over power to the NDC.
The NDC has described Mr Acheampong’s comment as reasonable and called for his arrest.
Mr Kodua Frimpong said the NPP finds the NDC statement ill-founded, hypocritical, and baseless but also diabolic and mischievous.
The NPP statement says it considers the NDC attack on Mr Acheampong unwarranted and attention-seeking to court for the support of Ghanaians.
