Health Professionals Advised To Eschew Corruption But Rather Create Transparency For Accountability In Achieving Health Care Delivery
The Western Regional Minister, Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah is entreating health professionals to shun the practices of corruption and focus on creating transparency for accountability in health care delivery.
The Minister, speaking at the 2022 Annual Performance Review of the Western Region Health, says it is appropriate to take the current economic challenges facing both the local and global economies which have resulted in the most prudent use of scarce resources.
He also encouraged the regional health directorate to sustain audit processes and scale up to include general mortality audit that is often offered less attention.
Mr Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah, notwithstanding urged health professionals, to show good customer service to clients who visit their facility.
