The Executive Secretary of the Energy Commission, Ing. Oscar Amonoo-Neizer has revealed that to ensure sanity and professionalism in the supply of power, more local electrical technicians are being trained by the Commission to augment the existing 14,000.
This he mentioned forms part of the mandate of the Commission to regulate standards in the country’s energy space, which needs to be met without a doubt.
Ing. Amonoo Neizer was speaking to journalists in Accra during the Commission’s Thanksgiving Service.
He touted that the Commission is proud of its achievement of ensuring energy efficiency and a constant supply of power to consumers.
