The Chief of Yamoransa Kojokrom and Sumankwahene of Nkusukum Traditional Council, Nana Mensah III, has said the fall of Davis Mac Iyalla “Nana Kwesi Gyasi I”, the popular ‘gay activist’ from a palanquin during his coronation as a development chief at Yamonransa Nkusukum Traditional Area in the Central Region could be the handiwork of the gods.
Speaking to Beach Newsroom, he noted that the unfortunate incident may be a way for the gods in expressing their displeasure about such an installment and implore the elders to take the right steps to find out what happened.
He adds that for a person to be installed as a development chief, the community and elders appoint a person who is deemed fit.
Nana Mensah calls for calm amongst Ghanaians and assured that the mystery surrounding the installed chief being a gay activist would be unraveled.
