Ghanaian Dancehall and Reggae artiste Theophilus Nii Arday Otoo, known in the entertainment space as Epixode no longer works with his manager.
The award wining dancehall and reggae artiste Epixode in a press statement terminated his manager Xzhibit contract with an immediate effect.
His lawyers has advised the general public not to transact, discuss nor have anything to do with him relating to, affecting or having any bearing on EpixodeMusic Ltd or the Artiste.

NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND WHOMSOEVER IT MAY
CONCERN
We act as Lawyers for and on behalf of our client, EpixodeMusic Ltd, the legal entity under which the Artiste called Theophilus Ni Ardy Otoo and widely known in musical circles as EPIXODE operates.
Our client wishes to bring it to the attention of the whole world that the gentleman known as ALFRED LLOYD GRANT-KPEDZRO (XZHIBIT) who served as Manager of our client and the Artiste is with immediate effect no longer a Manager, representative, or agent of the said company or the Artiste, neither does he have anything to do with our client’s brand.
All legal relationships prior to the date of this notice are hereby terminated forthwith and the general public is advised not to transact, discuss nor have anything to do with him relating to, affecting or having any bearing on EpixodeMusic Ltd or the Artiste.
This notice is without prejudice to any lawful criminal or civil steps that our clients shall take to redeem their image on account of recent conducts of Mr.
Alfred Lloyd Grant-Kpedzro.
