GIVE YOUR SUBORDINATES THE OPERATING PROCEDURES TO HELP A SUSTAINABLE WORKFORCE- CEO FOCUS 1 GROUP OF COMPANIES TO SMEs
SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, under the GrEEn project, has organized the third edition of its annual GrEEn Investment Fora targeting investors in Ghana and abroad, as well as key business stakeholders and green businesses here in the Western Region .
The event is part of the GrEEn Project’s objective of promoting sustainable development and growth of green SMEs at the local level under the theme: “Pathways to promoting investment opportunities in the green and circular economy”.
The overall goal of the GrEEn Investment Fora is to highlight economic opportunities in the green and circular economy in the Ashanti Region and explore workable solutions to the challenges that limit investments in the green economy.
Speaking during day 2 of the event on Wednesday November 9,2022, on the topic, Strategic marketing and effective branding for green SMEs sustainability and growth, CEO for Focus1 Group of Companies Mr. Kwame Adu-Mante gave a presentation to encourage all participants to give their subordinates the operating procedures to help build a sustainable workforce.
According to Mr. Kwame Adu-Mante, It is one thing having an idea and another thing to run a business with that idea.
“You need to have creative means of marketing ” and encouraged the audience to position themselves to be able to sell value and not just products.
In considering the strategic means of marketing, “You need to strike a chord with the consumer in order to have a productive market sale especially based on your target group” he said.
Mr. Kwame Adu-Mante also explained that to improve on these market challenges, “You must devise creative ways that will allow people to know your product”.
He stated that having your own network before going to the real outlet and identifying an outlet that is in line with your product will allow your product to be known in the longrun.
According to him, the game changer to marketing is when your product is centered with consumer experience, that is, how people view your product or how they feel when using your product.
He continued on to add that when consumer centered experience becomes key, the pricing strategy will be able to take effect by giving you the opportunity to charge a little bit higher for value which may take you on the road to success.
