Salma Mumin called to apologize for defaming me – Okraku Mantey
Actress Salma Mumin a few days ago on United Television shared an experience she had with Mark Okraku-Mantey during an audition she went for at TV3 ’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful Pageant
According to Salma Mumin, she met Mark Okraku as a judge on the beauty pageant when she went for an audition. She later described him as rude because he drove her out at the competition.
“I have had encounters with Mark Okraku as a judge. He was really arrogant towards me, and I was so scared. So I went out of the audition room and people started asking about me, I kept going about him that there is this guy in there who is not nice at all,” Salma stated.
The deputy tourism and creative art minister Mark Okraku Mantey has come out to disclose that Salma Mumin called to apologize to him when she realized she mistook him for another person. He also trashed the claims that he was a judge for the competition.
“I forwarded the said video to the producers of the show so they could clarify it. I have never been on any pageant show. This is because pretty ladies are my taste, and I might be biased in giving judgments.
“I don’t know how to define beauty per the standards of pageantry. All I look out for is appearance. I was invited for miss Malaika once and I didn’t go”
