Twin City Special School Appeals For Support
The Head of the Twin City Special School in Sekondi, Madam Crescentia Efua Bilson -Sai is appealing to philanthropists and corporate organizations to come to the aid of the school.
In an exclusive interview with Beach Newsroom, Madam Crescentia says, the school’s vehicle is out of shape and needs to be replaced as the vehicle is not road worthy.
She also mentioned that the Dinning and the Assembly Hall of the school need maintenance to help make them more conducive for both teachers and students.
According to her, the school is understaffed which affects the teaching and learning, adding that the teaching halls need to be tiled to make it more favourable for students to study.
Madam Bilson -Sai says, even though the government has been recruiting teachers into the school, there’s not enough non-teaching staff to help with the day-to-day activities in the school.
She, however, urged the public to visit the school as well as spend time with the school children during special times.
