REX OMAR THREATENS TO DRAG ZYLOFON MEDIA TO COURT
Ghanaian High-Life singer, Rex Omar has reportedly dragged Zylofon Media to court.
The legendary singer Rex Omar revealed that he is dragging the multi-million music label on grounds of copyright infringement.
When further probed, Rex Omar revealed that he was dragging Zylofon Media for using his music without his permission. On further questioning, Omar shared that his lawyers have already filed the case to a court in Ghana and more details will be revealed in no time.
In his words: “My lawyers have written to them, so you would hear the details at the right time because they have money”.
He continued: “They have taken my song and that is my property. As for me, my music is my property and I value every song I produce at 1 million dollars. So if you take my music and you don’t tell me, you have stolen my on million dollar”.
Interestingly, Rex Omar is in court with beverage manufacturing company Joy Industries for using a part of his hit song “Da da di da” to promote or advertise its product, Joy Dadi Bitters without the singer’s permission
