TTU Students Grapple Over Water Shortage

Students of the Takoradi Technical University (TTU) continue to battle with incessant water shortages.

According to the students, the situation is making it difficult for them to go about their daily activities, especially students residing on campus.

In an interview with Beach Newsroom, they disclose, water has not flown through their taps for more than a month, adding that they walk miles in search of water.

The students narrated that they have to join queues which mostly contributes to their lateness and missing lectures.

Even though the University is on vacation, some students are still on campus doing their projects and industrial attachment.

The students are , appealing to the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) to ensure water flows through their taps.
