A tipper truck with registration number WR – 1823-12 carrying gravel capsized on the Essaman – Nkotompo Road on Thursday, July 29, 2022, at Sekondi between the hours of 1 pm to 2 pm.
Narrating the incident to Beach Newsroom, Daniel, a conductor said, they took a load of crushed stones from Egyiresia. Upon reaching Ekuase the front tyre of the truck got busted.
He said they were going to offload at Obiri Junction where they encountered the unfortunate incident.
Two motorbikes were damaged but no one was harmed. Police, however, were at the scene to access damages.
