The interim head coach of the senior national team the Black Stars of Ghana, coach Otto Addo has declared his stance on his future as the head coach of the team after qualifying the team for its fourth World Cup as he is open for discussion with Ghana Football Association.

According to the interim head coach of the Black Stars of Ghana, there would be discussions to sort out his future and whether he will lead the team to the world cup or not.

Responding to Abednego Abaidoo’s question on Takoradi based Spice 91.9 FM about how long will his interim role continue, Otto Addo replied;

“Surely we have to discuss a lot of things, I could look to GFA(Ghana Football Association) but moreover we have to talk with Dortmund again but hopefully we will find a solution”.

Coach Otto Addo has a contract with German giant Borussia Dortmund and as such, the Ghana Football Association needs to discuss his availability with them if he is to lead the Black Stars of Ghana to the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup in November.

Ghana will play Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal in its group opener before they lock horns with Uruguay and South Korea in the group stage of the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
