Communication Director of Medeama SC, Patrick Akoto has hinted that midfielder Justice Blay has been registered for the upcoming season.
However, he was quick to add that the player will only leave the club on their terms and won’t be forced to sell their prize asset.
Justice Blay spent last season on loan at Kumasi Asante Kotoko and has since expressed the desire to keep him but for his undisclosed price tag.
Speaking to Spice Sports, Akoto refused to mention the price tag on Justice Blay but insisted any club either local or outside interested in getting the midfielder was aware of the price.
“Therefore any club interested in him can still write to the club to inquire and negotiate but until then, he’s staying put at the Tarkwa based club”, he stressed.
“We have registered Justice Blay for the upcoming season and he will play for Medeama until any club is able to meet his release clause”, he added.
Blay, a former Eleven Wise and Hasaacas workaholic midfielder, has a running contract with Medeama until 2022.
