My return is to finish unfinished works – Mahama
Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has stated that his main purpose of seeking re-election was to finish his unfinished work, more importantly the problem of youth unemployment.
According to former President Mahama, all can attest to the hardship in the country, especially youth unemployment which has turned to be a security threat to the country.
He made the comments when he paid a courtesy call on the Omanhene of Wassa Amenfi Traditional Area who is also the newly elected President of the Western Regional House of Chiefs, Tetreteh Okuamoa Sekyim II during day two of his five-day tour of the Western Region.
The former President also used the opportunity to congratulate the Omanhene on his election as the President of the Western Regional House of Chiefs (WRHC).
He therefore introduced the party’s Parliamentary Candidate PC) for Amenfi East Constituency in the person of Nicholas Amankwa.
