The Vice Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has commiserated with the family of Mr. Akwasi Banahene, a businessman and financier of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) who was murdered last Friday, 21 August 2020.
Prof Opoku-Agyemang mentioned that the state of insecurity in the country is getting out of hand, and the “perpetrators of this cruel act must be brought to justice.”
Mr Banahene was shot dead at his residence in Asunafo North of the Ahafo Region just when he had returned from work.
