Coach Karim Zito Picks Baba Rahman Ahead Of John Antwi as his Dreams FC All-Time Best Player.
Experience gaffer, Abdul Karim Zito has settled on Black Stars left full-back Abdul Baba Rahman as his all-time best player for Ghana Premier League club, Dreams FC which turns 11 years today ahead of John Antwi.
According to Zito, national team recognition played a role in his selection hence placing Baba ahead of John Antwi.
“Baba has played at the highest level in Europe and was consistent at the national team as one of the best defenders. It does not augur well to place anyone ahead of him.” Zito told Takoradi based Spice 91.9 FM.
“If I’m to pick two then definitely John Antwi will be my second choice after Baba Rahman.” He added.
In 2018, John Antwi became the top foreign footballer to score 63 goals in Egyptian football and currently plays for Pyramids FC in Egypt.
Baba Rahman who’s contract with Chelsea expires at the end of this season is currently on loan at La Liga side RCD Mallorca and has had limited playing time since joining.
