BENJAMIN YORKE WINS BEST PLAYER AWARD AT THE JUST ENDED GOLDFIELDS WESTERN REGIONAL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT

Samartex Football Club captain, Benjamin Yorke emerged as the best player of the maiden edition of the Goldfields Western Region Invitational Tournament.

The attacker was instrumental for Samartex in their quest to win the invitational tournament.

Yorke scored in games against Medeama Sporting Club, Proud United and the decisive goal in the final against Elmina Sharks which won the Samreboi based club the trophy.

Benjamin Yorke saw off competition from Eleven Wise’s James Bissue and Benjamin Tweneboah of Elmina Sharks.
