SHOW BUSINESS IN TAKORADI IS DEAD-TOO MUCH
Takoradi comic actor cum musician , Ibrahim Iddris , popularly known as Too Much of Junka Town fame is fed up to the teeth on how the residents of the twin city support their superstars in the entertainment industry.
In an Exclusive interview with, the actor disclosed that entertainment stuff from Takoradi hardly crosses the boarders of the region to Accra and Kumasi hence forcing him to migrate into the capital.
He further divulged that, he’s frustrated at the residents of the twin-city because they don’t support their own.
“If we are to solemnly compare the actors or musicians from Takoradi to that of Kumasi, we can’t boast of having any elite here because the people of Kumasi are loyal and give the necessary support to their own”.
“Most of the entertainment expert in Takoradi are double-crossers and disloyal and this has affected many talents in the Region.
“The likes of Castro, Nhyiraba Kojo and Kofi Kinaata struggled back in the days in Takoradi, however, made it big after relocating to Accra” he stated.
He concluded with an ordeal on how friends mocked him during the early days of Junka Town.
