As Sekondi- Takoradi and its environs gear up feverishly for this year’s Made in Taadi Concert which is scheduled to come off on the 22nd day of December at the Takoradi Jubilee Grounds is expected to kick off with a family day out for the kids.
Briefing the press on Thursday 13th December at the Anaji Choice Mart, the PRO for Team Move Nana Kwesi Coomson said unlike last year, children have been factored in this year’s programme to afford them some fun time with Kofi Kinaata.
“Faces of kids will be painted, rode on a horse, bounced in castle and host of other kids events, the kids will be entertained by the Children’s president Funny Face and Kids Delight to watch Dj Switch from 10am in the morning to 4pm in the evening where the kids will make way for the grown-ups to come and party” he said.
Kwesi Arthur he said will come in and lead the main acts for the night as we have other acts like Pastor Joe Bechem, Donzy,B/ Dopenation,Ras Kuku,Kojo Nkansah Lilwayne and ten other Westside artistes for the night. The events will be Emceed by Doctor Pounds,Yoofi Eyeson,Chelsy Sey,PM Nana Wusu and the host of last year’s edition Junka Town’s Too Much.
On his part Kofi Kinaata however, assures the Patrons of this year’s event that, they won’t have any course to complain about their security as he teams up with western regional Police command and the Air force military Command as they both assure him of the success of this year’s event counting on their help.
