The seat of the presidency, Flagstaff House is now Jubilee House.

The Flagstaff House, which used to be the seat of government in the First Republic, was changed to Jubilee House after it was refurbished by the Kufuor Administration in 2008 via a loan facility from the Indian Government.
However, the Mills administration reverted to Flagstaff House after the National Democratic Congress returned to power in 2009.



President Akufo –Addo, in a statement, said, the seat of presidency shall be referred to as Jubilee House, and the property known as  Flagstaff House”.
