A Takoradi Circuit Court “A” has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the former District Chief Executive (DCE) for Jomoro Mr. George William Somiah for failing to appear before the court on his alleged involvement in financial misappropriation when he and the NDC Jomoro Constituency Chairman.
The Court has therefore ordered the police to arrest the former DCE in the erstwhile John Mahama led administration and arrange him before the court on March 27th, 2018.
