NSMQ2018: Full list of Schools to represent the Central Region

14 Schools from Central Region have sailed through to the 2018 edition of the National Science and Maths Quiz held on Thursday and Friday at the Mfantsipim School Hall.
Unlike the Western region that had three seeded schools, Central region had seven schools seeded.
Seven other schools qualified as winners of various contests to join the already seeded schools to bundled up 14 schools to represent Central Region compared to Western Region’s 11 schools.

Loads of surprises over the two days. Giants like St. Augustine’s College and Mfantsiman Girl’s SHS missed out on a national berth to Swedru SHS and Boa-Amponsem SHS respectively.
Apam Senior High School on the opening day, Thursday, February 8 grabbed an unprecedented 60 points to become the school to earn most points in the competition so far in the Western and Central region.
Elmina based Edinaman Senior High School became the last school to complete the list of schools to push through to the 2018 National Science and Maths Quiz from the Central Region.
With 33 points, 10 better than Twifo Praso Senior High School – Central Region sealed their list of schools that will be torchbearers at the 2018 edition of the Science and Maths masters.
