President Nana Akufo-Addo has stated that late senior journalist, Alhaji Bature Iddrissu, was a good opponent .
The ace journalist, who was also the Editor of the Alhajj Newspaper, a pro-NDC paper, passed away three weeks ago at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after a short illness.
Speaking at a media encounter Wednesday in Accra, the president said, Mr Bature was a good opponent and that his death was a big loss to the journalism fraternity .
