Charles Bissue brings relief to new mothers in Essikado-Ketan Constituency

In a heartwarming display of kindness and compassion, Mr Charles Bissue, the parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Essikado-Ketan constituency, has paid hospital bills for over 50 new mothers who gave birth between May 9th and 11th, culminating on Mother’s Day.

This annual gesture, which has become a hallmark of Mr. Bissue’s commitment to his constituents, was made possible through his generosity and love for mothers.

According to Mrs. Ramatu Ibrahim, the constituency woman organizer who facilitated the tour, Mr. Bissue’s actions were inspired by his personal story of his mother giving birth to him when his father was not around, and a midwife paying for his mother’s hospital bills.

Mothers at Fijai Holy Child Hospital, Essikado-Ketan Hospital, and Essipong Benedict Hospital benefited from Mr. Bissue’s kindness, with many expressing their gratitude for his selfless act. Patients Lattey and Angelina Afful were among those who benefited from the gesture and pledged their support for Hon. Bissue’s future endeavors.

“We assure him of victory in 2028 and thank him for the love and care he has shown to our mothers,” they said.

Mr. Bissue’s actions serve as a reminder of the importance of kindness, compassion, and community support. As the people of Essikado-Ketan look forward to greater things, they pray that Mr. Bissue’s gesture will inspire others to follow in his footsteps.

“May we do greater things than this next year and many years to come,” the community echoed in appreciation of Hon. Bissue’s kindness.
