Ghana’s leading online sports betting company, Betway has organized a forum in Takoradi to educate and engage its patrons about its services.
The forum which was held at the Hillcrest Hotel saw patrons of Betway in the Western Region taken through steps aimed at enhancing their chances of winning in the various gaming options on offer at Betway. 
Officials of Betway introduced patrons to some of the company’s new and exciting services such as the Live in-play betting. The live in-play betting according to the Marketing Manager of Betway, Mr. Kwabena Oppong-Nkrumah, gives the punter an opportunity to place bets even after a match has already commenced.
Mr. Oppong-Nkrumah explained that, “for instance, one can place bets in real-time while a match is underway, on events such as the team to get the next corner kick, the team to score a goal, which player will score the goal, and many other options.”
Sponsorship & Events Executive of Betway Ghana, Mr. Nana Kofi Odame said the forum is part of efforts by Betway to reach out and connect with its cherished customers.
The forum also afforded the patrons of Betway the opportunity to ask questions, share their concerns and suggestions which will help improve the services provided by Betway.
One of such suggestions was for an office to be set up in Takoradi to cater for Betway patrons in the Western Region.
In response officials from Betway assured patrons in the Western Region that plans are already underway to set up a Western regional office.
Patrons were full of praise for Betway and expressed confidence in their service and integrity.
Betway remains the highest paying sports betting company in Ghana, having paid 23-year-old Kwame Fosuhene from Kumasi, GHc 990,650 for winning a jackpot in March, this year.
The Betway Player Meeting makes a stop at Kumasi on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017, while Accra holds the final forum on Friday, 17th November, 2017 to bring the Betway Player Meetings to a climax.
