Gyakie, Chronixx, Koffee, Ayra Starr And Others Set To Perform At The City Splash Fest In The UK

Ghanaian songbird, Gyakie has been announced as one of the major performers for the City Splash Fest which will happen at the Brockwell Park in Brixton, England.

Gyakie has earned her spot as one of the popular West African acts following the success of her hit song, “Forever,” which reached its height in 2021 and earned the female artist millions of streams across more than a hundred nations.

Gyakie, the only Ghanaian on the bill,  will be performing alongside other reggae, dancehall, and afrobeat artists from around the world in the lineup shared and announced earlier this week on the “City splash” Instagram page.

Top Jamaican performer Chronixx has been announced as the headliner, and will be supported by Koffee, Shenseea, Iration Steppas, Ras Kwame, Pioneer b2b Supa D ft. Coldsteps, and a host of other artists.

City Splash is London’s biggest festival celebrating Caribbean and African music, food and culture. The Festival seeks to recognize and honor the contribution of African and Caribbean music to British culture.

This year’s edition is set to happen on Wednesday May 29, 2023.
