#VGMA19: Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy shouldn’t return plaques won – Edem

Ghanaian Rapper, Edem, has shockingly said on live television that if he was to be Stonebwoy or Shatta Wale, he would go against the VGMA Board and not return awards won.

Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were asked by the board of VGMA to return the plaques they won at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards at the Dome in Accra because of the commotion between the two dancehall artistes which ended the event prematurely.

“Charter House only came with harsh conditions to punish Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale. Because if you are telling me to bring the awards won back (which were voted for/invested in by my fans), what are you also giving me back in return for the damages or incidents that happened on the night,” Edem quizzed

“I am not saying what happened on the night was right; it’s not right,” Edem added.
