Western Business Awards: Vicbens Eng. and Construction Wins Start Up Superstar of the Year
The Chief Executive Officer of Vicebens and Construction Limited has won the Start-Up of the Year Awards at the just-ended 2022 edition of the Western Regional Business Awards held on 4th August 2022 at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel.

The Construction Company deals in the supply of Personal Protective equipments, Manpower Supply, Civil Engineering, Corrosion Control, Container Housing, Procurement, Welding, and fabrications.
Accepting the awards on behalf of Vicbens and Construction Limited, Chief Executive Officer of the group, Ebenezer Donkor shared his appreciation for the recognition he had received and promised to work more to achieve greater height to justify the much-deserved recognition.
The occasion was graced by the Trade Minister and Western Regional Minister Hon Kojo Alan kyeremantin and Kobby Okyere Darko Mensah respectively together with other dignitaries within the western business sector, public and private institutions.
The ceremony awards the efforts of individuals and organizations that have contributed to the growth of the business environment in the Western Region including media and entertainment.

ABOUT THE CEO (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)
Ebenezer Donkor, Chief Executive Officer of Vicebens and construction limited is a 34-year-old engineer based in Sekondi Takoradi. He hails from Dwomo a Village in the Shama District in the Western Region of Ghana.
He had his secondary school education at St Mary’s Boys Secondary School in Western Region. He continued his studies at University for Development Studies (U D S) at Tamale in the Northern Region where he perused Bachelor’s Degree and graduated with a second class.
He later specialised in occupational Health and Safety after he entered the construction sector of the economy by establishing his own firm.
He holds NBOSH International General Certificate rewarded to him by the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (UK).
He also holds a lead audit course from Quality Academy which has its headquarters in Egypt. He was awarded with ISO 45001: 2018 LEAD AUDITOR Certificate (CQI & IRCA Certified)
Vicbens Engineering & Construction Works Limited is was established in December 2017.
Vicbens is 4 years now with 15 permanent staff and 25 casual workers. Vicens is into civil engineering, corrosion control, and containerized housing, and manpower supply, general procurement of industrial equipment and supply of PPE
