Award-winning artiste, Michael Owusu Addo, known in Showbiz circles as Sarkodie has opened up on his biggest song since he started making music.
Sarkodie, who emerged as the Artiste of the Decade at the 20019 Vodafone Ghana Music said in an interview with George Quaye that his biggest song till date is the one he did with the missing Takoradi born versatile artiste, Castro, titled “Adonai” which was released in 2014.
“I would say Adonai. Adonai is still my biggest tune all over the world. The impact alone is overwhelming.”
Sarkodie who has 22 awards at the Ghana Music awards further attributed his success to God, his loyal fans not juju as many have been speculating.
Sarkodie’s Adonai Featuring Castro has 64 million views on video sharing platform, YouTube. The inspirational tune was adjudged Most Popular Song of the Year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in 2015.
