The attention of Justmax Travel and Tours has been drawn to a press release from the Ministry of Youth and Sports disclaiming that Justmax was not mandated by the Ministry to organize fans for the upcoming FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Justmax Travel and Tours would like to establish that, the Company did not in any of its press releases and engagement mention that it has contracted with the Ministry of Youth and Sports but with Kenpong Travel and Tours.
The Chief Executive of Justmax Travel and Tours, Mr Justice Maxwell Acquah, earlier initiated verbal interaction with the Chief Executive of Kenpong Travel and Tours, Mr Kennedy Agyapong, which to the effect made Mr Agyapong delegate his manager to engage Mr Acquah to establish an agreement on the World Cup travel agency mandate.
Subsequently, Justmax Travel and Tours launched its mandate for the World Cup when engagement with Kenpong Travel and Tours was far advanced.
In a statement issued and signed by the Management of Justmax Travel and Tours, it said “We’ve been operating diligently with outstanding performance and excellence underpin by ethics and professionalism.”
It said the agency is a legally incorporated Ghanaian travel and tour company certified with its operational mandate from the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA).
It added that the agency has credibly been in operation for a decade, and in the last five years remained the household name in the Travel and Tour business in the Western, Western North, and Central Regions of Ghana.
Justmax Travel and Tours noted that going ahead to sign an official MOU with Kenpong may have caused some inconveniences and therefore, apologized for any inconvenience.
The agency also apologizes to Kenpong Travel and Tours and the Ministry of Youth and Sports for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
